that當關代有三種用法：
1.接形容詞子句修飾緊接於前的名詞[也就是先行詞]
此時that替代which
[gmat中 that不能替代who，也就是先行詞不能是人]
ex. the room that has a green door is mine.
判斷小技巧：形容詞子句通常是非完整句，
缺的那塊就是先行詞被關代代替移到子句最前面

2.接名詞子句做前面動詞的主/受詞
ex. that he has won the first prize in the race is incredible.
[把一整個句子當做一件事實，放在主格發出動詞的動作：
.....這件事是不可思議的]
ex. i told her that tom has won the first prize in the race.
[把一整個句子當做一件事實，做為told 的受詞]
判斷小技巧：名詞子句一定是完整句。

3.接在名詞後面當該詞補語 [本題用法]
這個時候that子句一定是完整句，當成該名詞的同位語
也就是說n. [that .......]這種型式，n=that子句，
that子句是n的補充說明。
ex.the theory [that food is edible within 3 secs after falling on ground]
is wrong.
所以這題[that the bank’s loans will help foreign producers compete with
American businesses] = concern
整句話就是concern的詳細內容補充說明。

請注意，gmat非常常考這個，
像是evidence, theory, hypothesis, fact.....這種名詞要補充說明
都必須要用that加完整句當同位語才能清楚表明evidence, theory...的內容
常見的混淆選項如evidence suggesting sb./sth. to .....
都是錯的，且有句意斷裂的嫌疑。

cf.規則、法律[如rule, law]則是一定要用ving.後綴修飾

詳細的可以去看prep語法筆記，至少五六題都有特別解釋這個考點。
其實這三個用法大家高中都有學過，只是第三個用法太不常用所以很容易被淡忘
不過沒關係，考試時記起來就好了。
