→ danyuchn:如何判斷：1.發現that字句是完整句，排除第一種用法
→ danyuchn:2.發現is signed被動式，後面接的that字句非當主受詞
推 danyuchn:（因為主詞已知是agreement，而被動式中沒有受詞）
→ danyuchn:所以是第三種，往前找最接近名詞agreement修飾（同位語）
