這叫做「關係子句」的外移，that 子句修飾的是agreement，只是因為that 子句太長
所以將他移到動詞後面。以下的解說出自 顏斯華老師的「英文文法語法精奧」：
在比較舊式的英文中也有為了句子平衡而將關係子句與先行詞拉開的，不過兩者之間也沒
有插進其他會造成夾纏不清的名詞，譬如下例：
Because I made a blunder, my dear Watson, which is, I am afraid, a more
common occurrence than anyone would think who only knew me through your
memoirs.
因為我犯了一個錯誤，我親愛的華特森，我犯這種錯誤的次數，我想，遠比那些只透過你
的回憶錄來認識我的人所想像的還要多。

上例中先行詞any one與關係代名詞who之間插進了兩個字。
