這邊的"it"算是所謂的dummy pronoun
Dummy pronoun 可以有三種用法
1. It + description + that + indepedent clause
ex. It has been said that moon is made of green cheese
2. It + description + to + infinitive verb
ex. It is quite challenging to drive on the freeway
3. It + to be verb + noun + thta/who + verb
ex. It was my own brother who committed the crime
而A選項則是屬於第一種用法,said後面的that其實是可以省略的
不過前提是句意在省略that之後還是清楚並unambiguous
B選項是錯的原因在
1. too many "that"
2. the sentence is illogical, "a squirrel was said that it could"
- How can you say squirrel?!..
