那個to 是跟在expose後面的，
a. be exposed to b.
代表a.被暴露在b.之下。
在b選項中，to跟come 放在一起很容易讓人誤認為是to come的表目的不定詞片語結構
所以ron才說那句話。因為，如果形容詞子句是在修飾主詞
那麼形容詞子句的結尾一定跟著主句動詞
s. -[修飾s.的形容詞子句]-v.-o.
這樣的結構。
如果今天子句結尾掛了不定詞，
很容易跟子句外的主要v連在一起，但事實上兩個結構是分開的
一個是主句，一個是子句。
同樣的情況，如果形容詞子句後面緊跟的是主句的名詞，
你加了介系詞也是會造成歧義。

所以最好的方法我們國中也有學到了，
就是把介系詞移到關代前面
用to which....的方式表達，
就可以避免上面說到的歧義。
