結論是throughout Delmont’s tenure the average paycheck in this city
has been getting steadily bigger.
關鍵在這句中steadily bigger的理解。
在我的理解裡，他指的是"每一年"都比"前一年"都要成長
但是a選項：三年的平均高於前幾年的平均並不能證明這個
ex.

斜線中的三年平均的確有高過earlier in Mayor Delmont’s tenure的平均
但是一看就知道 不是steadily bigger 而是flucturating有上有下
d選項將平均薪資固定->說消失的工作的pay恰好等於全體平均pay
所以工作的消失不會影響平均數，
然後每年出現的新工作pay又比較高，每年加進來會持續拉高平均數。
也就是說d選項的出現排除了一種情況：
「平均pay是100
雖然每年新出現的工作pay都比平均高，比如101
『但是消失的工作的平均pay是200』
-所以平均數會被拉低。」
這題故意考個體加入離開與平均數的關係，
其實如果寫成Q的算式般題目，搞不好你就會了呢。
練習方法無他，多做CR，
提升敏銳度而已。
