看完題目之後，抓出兩件事
1.卡車的每哩事故率(以下簡稱事故率)比其他車種高
2.卡車中，超大卡車（三節以上的）又比其他卡車的事故率低
主要結論：多開超大卡車 ->降低事故數量
看完之後應該要有的直覺：
1.rate/number不一定一致
2.可能另有他因
3.題目比較的是兩種卡車之間的替換，跟其他載具沒關係
