: OV的解釋是
: In choices A and B, rates of is incorrect; when rate means "prices
: charged," it should be followed by "for."
: 有去看了一些論壇的解釋，但還是不大確定 rate for 的用法及意思
這題想提出一個不同的解題角度, 這題可以先用redudency解掉 soaring和rise，刪除
A/D/E, 剩下B/C的時候可以解 rates are a force這個點, 因為rates並不等於force,
這樣就可以避開背不完的慣用語了！
