doesn't fit the opening clause,which is in present-perfect tense(have amassed

想請問一下，前後時態一致是必須嚴格遵守的嗎?不能依想表達的意思改變時態嗎?
像Ｄ答案中，不能用"have amassed"表達過去到現在的累積，而"now drawing"來表達現在
新發表的結論嗎? 或是時態必須強迫一致呢? 另外A答案是否有達到時態一致?

法下嘛?另外C答案為什麼一定要有conjunction,in order to不能省略成to?
