所以一般對於這題都是解釋 and 和 where 修飾後者比較好
原文convinced of介詞不能引導句子所以of 的範圍只到social work education
沒有強調後面的整體 都是他的思想
所以是錯的

這個新問地的結構和原本的很像
1.provide 是特殊的授予動詞
provide 人 with 物
provide 物 for 人

2."provide somebody with something", ex: we provided the refugees with blankets
3."provide (規定) + that clause", ex: this bill provides that money should be allocated for flood control
2.require 要求 某人做某事 用在表示被要求
常常會聽到
I am required to ......

=>be required to do something
=>require that
所以應該寫 requires sb1. to provide sb2 with sth.
(A) provide workers with unpaid leave so as to
(B) to provide workers with unpaid leave so as to
(C) provide workers with unpaid leave in order that they
(D) to provide workers with unpaid leave so that they can
(E) provide workers with unpaid leave and to 不平行 + 意思錯誤
只有B.D 有正確的介係詞to
with 在此不是問題 with 的目的是指出 provide 的直接受詞
意思到 unpaid leave 就可以了 不需要包含後方的so ....
這題比較有爭議的問題是
B) so as to 不對
in order to /so as to
後面不是句子 少了主詞
所以邏輯上主詞和前方共用
這下問題就來了 誰要 care for sick or new born children？
看句意可以知道
意思上 老闆付錢 當然是叫員工自己拿去用來照顧小孩（有點提撥基金的意思）
so as to 要動作的發起人employers 去照個小孩？
Ｄ 有好一點 so that they can
they 可以是前方的workers
但是 they 很多人認為不清楚workers/ employers都是複數
但是在短距離中 又重複一次 worker 似乎也不是好寫法
比較之下 Ｄ 可以選

: 這樣整句話的句意就變得不夠緊密了。
: D選項用關係代名詞where說後句的情境在於大學之中，將兩句作較緊密的連結
: 也就限定了後句的學生是大學學生，讓句意變得更合常理。

應該是寫

不需要being 出現 是個贅字
