這一切只是建立在假設上 並沒有說明員工是否真的會去申請失業補助金
而答案 (A) 說明了 之前因為自動化失業的員工 真的沒辦法找到工作
所以支持作者所說 會去申請失業補助
答案 (A) 並沒有重述前提 而是用實際例子來加強作者的 argument
答案 (E) 是無關選項
1. 短期投資成本 > 省下員工的錢 不代表長期效果一樣是這樣的狀況
2. 作者的 argument 在於員工會尋求失業補助
而不是在比較投資成本和省下員工的錢
