defy的意思是“與...相違背”, 這裡的意思是美元走勢與policemakers的effort相違背
, 不過個人認為這題脫節不是一個有效的解題點.

: 想問這段該怎麼翻會比較好?

根據專家的說法, 很多品種狗基因異常的起因, 並非是因這些狗是為了外觀或
符合標準（可能是像西藏獒犬要配出比較漂亮的毛色）, 而是這些品種創始成員
比較少的關係（當初種狗比較少～）
