所以在上一篇回文中我才強調，要特別檢查「兩句是否有並列或平行」再去看相同位置
去看了之後，也必須要要思考該代名詞所在的部份，在帶入同樣位子的名詞後，
句意是否不會怪異（也就是先不用從整題開頭開始檢查句意）。
: 5. Case
:    The pronoun and the antecedent should agree in case if they are in
:    parallel structures. In particular, a subject pronoun in one clause
:    often refers to a noun in subject position in another parallel clause.
:    In general, subject nouns make strong antecedents, even for somewhat
:    distant pronouns.

既然有更新的解釋，我也來跟大家討論一下更大範圍的「語感順暢性」好了：
當句子句意在平行中表 列舉/對照/對比 時，漂亮的句子會讓成分結構會越相似越好。
不管是考試英文還是標準英文，在無損句意的情況下，
「越工整」通常也就越清晰越漂亮。以下將就官方題目正確句子來解析：

In 1973 mortgage payments represented twenty-one percent of an average
thirty-year-old male's income; in 1984 the figure was forty-four percent.
(句意是兩個時間作對照，in 1973對 in 1984。)

Any medical test will sometimes fail to detect a condition when it is present
and indicate that it is present when it is not.
(句意是兩個情況作對比：fail to detect對indicate，when it is present對when it is not)

Canadian scientists have calculated that every nine years a human being
will be struck by a meteorite, while each year sixteen buildings can be
expected to sustain damage from such objects.
(句意是兩個時間作對照：every nine years對each year)

Intar, the oldest Hispanic theater company in New York, has moved away
from the Spanish classics and now draws on the works of contemporary
Hispanic authors, both those who live abroad and those who live in the
United States.
(兩種人做並列：those who live abroad and those who live in the US)

The decision by one of the nation's largest banks to admit to $3 billion
in potential losses on foreign loans could mean less lending by commercial
banks to developing countries and increased pressure on multigovernment
lenders to supply the funds.
(兩種結果做並列：less lending by...對increased pressure on...)

From the time of its defeat by the Germans in 1940 until its liberation
in 1944, France was a bitter and divided country; a kind of civil war

請大家把以上的幾個句子全部一口氣讀過一遍，便能夠稍稍發現一件事情：
GMAT的正確句子真的很流暢很漂亮！流暢到沒辦法改成更漂亮的形式。

請注意，我現在不是在告訴大家如何辨別刪去選項，
我現在是在告訴大家，如何辨別句子的「美醜」！順暢與不順暢！
所謂流暢性，就是溝通表達時：
「1. 讓別人輕鬆抓得到重點。2. 讓別人不要抓錯重點。」這兩個特色而已。
實戰的時候，當技巧解不出來時，
平常多看流暢句子所培養出來的語感會救了你，讓你更快讀懂句意。

在實戰中 遇到第二句時：
Any medical test will sometimes fail to detect a condition when it is present
and indicate that it is present when it is not.
會先根據過去「代名詞優先指代同位置」的經驗，去看主詞any medical test，
然而，正如我文中所說，在將any medical帶入it is present取代代名詞後
還要去檢查代名詞所在的那個成分 句意是否合理
發現句意有嚴重的不合理，所以改為尋找更合理的代名詞：a condition。
