: 1. 請問有這樣類似的題目是只前方整句 (N為複數) 然後 V 是單數的嗎?
: 2. 中間插入句是同位語 描述前方 equipment and land 吧!

其實這題只要瞭解標準英文的觀念就可以輕鬆解出來了, 通常同學看到這題會有兩種想法
1. declining是形容詞表達正在進行, values是主詞
2. declining是動名詞表達調降, values是動名詞的受詞
或許在一般英文會有這樣的兩種想法, 但是在標準英文中, 只會是第一種, 判題點在哪？
其實就是表達上升下降如果要用動作名詞, 作主詞時通常會用action noun, 好比
若是表達調降, 應該會寫成a decline in values, 不會寫成declining values,
希望這樣有幫助到您釐清考點.
