標題[SC. ] PP2 的幾題請教

各位高手好
小弟有二個問題想請教
第一個:
32.
The Chicago and Calumet Rivers originally flowed into the St. Lawrence by way
of Lake Michigan, but having been redirected by constructing canals so that
the water now empties into the Mississippi by way of the Illinois River.

為何B的過去完成式不好??
答案是E
第二個問題:

但為何A的acting不會錯誤修飾到solar radiation
這個問題困擾我很久了
因為像下面這題
42.

in nature.

那42和43的分詞究竟差在哪裡
為何一個可以選一個不能選??
