針對你的問題來做specific的回答
要注意的是，這是方案採行的敘述類型的題目
請盯緊結論使用方法的目的「to reduce diagnostic costs」
若是題目中的方法（new machine）確實能降低成本
那麼其他的方法好不好，都不會影響我們結論這個方法的達成目標（省錢）的可行性。
D：visual inspection is "sufficient"（視檢「足夠」了）
但就算這個方法「足夠了」，
新方法有沒有可能更省？（support）
新方法有沒有可能更花錢？（weaken）
從結論最終目的是「節省成本」這點來看，
其他方法足不足夠並不影響使用這個方法有沒有更划算。
cf. 結論若寫成「改用新方法幫助某某某達成xxx目標」
這時「舊方法就已經足夠了」才能去證明新方法「沒有必要」
「舊方法不足夠」才能說明新方法「有必要」
（evaluate就是要把選項推到yes/no兩個極端，看看是否會達成一個支持 一個削弱
or vice versa）
C選項直接盯緊這個方法本身－－－
人家醫院是因為買了常用才覺得成本有攤平 比較省錢
你今天如果買來常用 當然一樣省錢
買來不常用 擺在家裡長灰塵 錢不就浪費了？
（這部份不就是日常邏輯嗎～其實CR題常常都在考我們日常的邏輯而已）
你可以看得出來，C選項盯緊在「這個方法本身有沒有比較省錢」的問題
也就是盯緊結論
