The apartment is located 10 minutes from Warner Village by scooter. A bus passes by the front of the building every twenty minutes or so, on its way toward Warner Village, City Hall and the City Hall MRT station.
The apartment has a reasonably-sized kitchen, a large living room, a dining room, a nice porch overlooking a nearby mountain and a laundry area with a washer and dryer.
The rent is NT$10,700 per month, with a two month deposit required.
