關於同IP

The all purpose is to make easy life for players that play with
one country and impossible life for players that want to cheat!
For your knowledge we detect many things like IP, cookies and
also we build AI that detect players that play from the same network/computer.
Every player that was detected that he/she plays with more then one country
from the same computer/network cannot do anything together with these
countries.  First we took of the limitation for 3 aids and also the
limitation that if you send aids to country then you cannot vote for
the same request in the U.N.

But we add more limitations for players that play with more then one country
from the same computer/network.

Here is the full list of limitations for players that play with more
then one country from the same computer/network:

1. You cannot send weapons or money to each other.
2. You cannot send request on each other in the U.N.
3. You cannot vote on the same request in the U.N.
4. You cannot attack the same country.
4. You cannot attack the same country.
5. You cannot send spies on the same country.
6. Only one country can attack the ranks 1-10.
(Your country can respond if they attack you)
7. Only one country can send spies on the ranks 1-10.
8. The countries cannot attack each other.
9. The countries cannot attack the same alliance.
