嗨,
1.當一個國家滅亡時，你可以看到他的國家資訊，並顯示他輸掉這個遊戲，
  你只會看到最少的資訊。
2.若你購買雙罩，失效前的最後24小時你可以再買，但不會加成。
  (假如你再次購買，雙罩有效時間會是72小時)
3.修改贈送資源給其他國家：
  * 贈送資源時，取消由科技(?)力量造成的限制
  * 你最多可贈送的資源限制為受贈者產業力量的100倍。
4.聯合國增加可以搜尋各式的提案的功能。
5.每個人登入時，必須改變密碼。
  * 每30天需改變一次。
  * 時間一到，系統就會導引你到變更密碼的畫面。

Hi,
1. You can see the country information if the country lost the game and it’s
   will just write you that it’s lost and you will see minimum information.
2. If you bought Gas masks or nuclear shelter and you have less then 24 hours
   left and you want to renew it then you can do it but the time will not add.
   (If you buy again the time will be 72 hours)
3. Change in the aid shipments.
   * We remove the limit to send aid by technology power.
   * We change the amount that you can send every day to be 100 times then
     the industry power of the country you want to send.
4. We added in the U.N. option to search by request/resolution type.
5. Everyone must enter to their account and change the password.
   * We added this option that will be every 30 days.
   * The system will redirect you to the change password screen when the time
   will come.
