剛剛有測試一下
順便轉土地...XD
A是被偷號
B是土地號
B先偷A錢
接著A打B...（轉土地）
然後B在偷A錢....（已經有先去看戰爭新聞了）
結果可以偷
不知道是還沒有更新bug
還是因為不是B打A
所以B雖然有戰爭新聞但可以偷A的錢
