答案是C，解答寫遞增成本產業指隨產業規模擴大會使要素價格發生上漲的產業，而要
素價格的上漲係由於主要買者運作的結果(主要買者類似具有獨買力量，隨著要素雇用
數量的增加，其所訂定的要素價格必隨之上漲)
我自己覺得答案是D，如果今天是因產業擴大規模導致要素價格上升，那要素的主要
買者應該有跟要素供給者議價的能力呀，至少也比非主要買家上漲的幅度低吧？
還是有別的解釋呢？請教大家
