我想你的問題是the definition of allosteric enzyme

An allosteric enzyme is an enzyme whose biological activity is affected by
altering the conformation(s) of its quaternary structure by binding an
effector.
所以會受effector影響，改變該enzyme構形，進而影響它的kinetic activity的
enzyme才稱為allosteric enzyme.
