effective CPI = base CPI + additional CPI

Ans：1.2+1.1*0.02*(8+0.2*60)

答案不知道對不對..有錯請指正。

→ steven9374:最後CPI=1.2+(5%*8+5%*20%*60)*1.1=2.3
