第26題:A diode is forward biased bt a fixed 1mA current source.Given the

same operation conditions except for the temperature,choose the correct

statement in the following?

(C)the voltage drop of the diode increase at the rate of 2mv/1度

(D)the voltage drop of the diode decrease at the rate of -2mv/1度

答案是D。

想請問Vd=nVt*ln(Id/Is)，而Vt=kT/q，這樣Vd和溫度T應該是正比呀@@

我選C，請問為什麼不對>"<~~

後面也有一題BJT 也是-2mV 就一起掰了=  =


還有(31)題:Which BJT amplifier has the highest input resistance

(A)CB (B)CC (C)CE (D)CE with degeneration resistor (E)CS

答案是D。我選B

題目沒給CC的RL和CE的degeneration R哪個大=  =這樣怎麼比呀

而且我記得degeration R不大呀= =...CC以high input R著稱的耶....

請強者幫我解答 萬分感謝>"<~~

推 simon001asx:因為  CC本來就是要做阻抗匹配  OP741也是這樣做
→ simon001asx:而且  CE之射極退化  Re越大 會變成退化過重 這樣
→ simon001asx:這樣  既無法做阻抗匹配 放大效率也差 與設計理立不合
