A 2-in.-diameter and 4-in.-long solid cylinder is subjected to hydrostatic
loading with σx=σy=σz=-7.2ksi.Use E=30*10^6psi and υ=1/3. Calculate
(a)the change in length of the cylinder and (b)the change in volume of the
cylinder.
