我的理解
再傳送一個 bit 的時候 有 0.1 的機率 傳錯數字
再接收一個 bit 的時候 也有 0.1 的機率 收錯數字
要傳送出 1 這個訊息 , 會傳出 111 這組密碼 (這算三個bit)
接收端 如果收到 兩個 或 三個 1 就會把他解讀成 1
問 解讀者 解錯訊息的機率~
