p 是指發生 A 的機率 ，R 是指 n 次實驗中 出現A 有m次 R= m / n
白話一點 就是一個公正骰子，出現 1 點的機率是 1/6 (=> p )
你實驗 12 次 假設 出現5次 1好了 => R = 5/12

題目問說 你的 n 要多大 才能使得
P(|R-0.01|>0.001) < 0.01
=>可以想成
R = X / n
