Q:Use the NAND gates and NOT gates as few as possible to design a circuit that converts a 4-bit binary number to its corresponding two-digit BCD number .For example, if the input is D3D2D1D0=1100,then the out will be H3H2H1H0L3L2L1L0=0001 0010(12) (a)write out the corresponding truth table. (b)Derive the logic function for L2 in the form of product-of sum(POS) (c)Design the circuit for L2 with NAND gates or NOT gates as few as possible.
