X could lead a process to leave from the "running" state to the "ready"
state and Y could lead a process to leave from the "running" state to the
"waitting" state. What is (X, Y)?

我的理解
running -> ready
超過time quota 被打掉
running -> waiting
等待I/O 或signal
請高手進一步說明orz

解答說是對的
但沒說到有加redundant info 不是應該會更慘嗎
畢竟壞一個disk就全部都壞了
