Stein: Scott succeeds Brown?
On May 10, ESPN.com's Marc Stein writes that former Nets coach Byron Scott
might be coveted by several teams, including the Grizzlies: "Don't forget
Memphis, either. Hubie Brown can coach the Grizz for as long as he wants,
but, at 70, Brown has been open about the possibility that he could step aside
as the reigning Coach of the Year to safeguard his health. If that happens,
mark Jerry West down as another certain Scott suitor."
