Ross' deal guaranteed
Veteran swingman Quinton Ross received word Friday that the Griz had
guaranteed his contract for the rest of the season.
Ross, a regular and solid contributor, fell into the Grizzlies' lap with a
minimum, nonguaranteed deal just before training camp.
The team had to decide by Monday whether to waive Ross, who will earn roughly
$795,000 for the season.
