Looking ahead: Manager Jim Tracy said, if game situations allow, he would
like to see how Hong-Chih Kuo's twice-repaired left elbow would bounce back
if used on consecutive days.
"It would be nice to use him for an inning, then see how he'd bounce back for
a hitter or two so you could visualize it during the season rather than the
Grapefruit League," said Tracy, envisioning Kuo for the situational
left-hander role. "We have to be mindful of the history with his arm."
