- Added kill streaks, and other kill events to the player stats page

- Slow from Willowmaker is now linear in how it decreases instead of
down-up-down weirdness
Flint Beastwood
- Flare now does DOT damage over 2 seconds
(initial hit, 1 tick after first second, 1 tick after second second)
Legionnaire
- Terrify is now properly applied in a cone in-front of him again
Pharaoh
- Ult (with SOTM only) can now be toggled between targeting enemies
only or enemies and allied heroes

提外話:最近打的真的很吃力,一看到只有自己有暈技隊友都沒有或是隊友隨機
我就崩潰...(更不用說隨機出來還問說有沒有人會這隻,問他說幹麻不自選會的
居然說"cuz for extra money" 很想回"I think you need to unintsall HON!")
最扯的是昨天還打一場超無力戰鬥之4 carry 對面都是ganker整場被殺翻......
