１）What is the upload limit?
The maximum file size that can be uploaded is 1200MB. The server will not
allow uploads of files that exceed this limit and an error message will
appear if a selected file is larger. In addition, there is a total upload
limit of 1200MB per 24 hours per user. This means that, although files can be
split - see below - the total size of all files uploaded cannot exceed 1200MB
in 24 hours for each uploader. 1200MB is large enough to cover most people's
needs.
上傳的檔案大小上限是1200MB，
並且一個使用者在24小時內也有總上傳不得超過1200MB的限制。
（這是為了防止使用者鑽限制漏洞，將超過1200MB的檔案分割成小檔上傳）
２）How many times can my file be downloaded?
Each file has a download bandwidth limit of 100GB. For example, a file that
is 100MB can be downloaded an amazing 1020 times before the limit of 100GB is
reached!
每個檔案的下載上限是100GB，所以舉例來說，
一個100MB的檔案可以容許被下載1020次。
３）How long does my file remain available?
The file will be automatically deleted when the 100GB bandwidth limit per
file has been reached or after 14 days of file inactivity. The file remains
available for as long as it is still being accessed and bandwidth is
available for that file.
當檔案的下載達到上限100GB或是超過14天沒人進行下載動作時，檔案將被自動刪除。
檔案只要持續有人進行存取動作，並且不超過100GB的下載上限，就會一直存在。
