You may try this to make sure he read:

(M)ail         【 私人信件區 】
   => (S)end          站內寄信
     => 請輸入使用者代號：kkreve (enter)
       => 主題： (input title and enter)

That you can mail a message to him directly. :)

When you got a reply, you will see:
【電子郵件】                      郵差來按鈴囉                                 

Than into:
(M)ail         【 私人信件區 】
   => (R)ead          多功能讀信選單
