We heard from Taiwanese ambassador about your proposals in June 26.
it was the following plans.
'Each country collect messages of ten people, and mutually exchange it.'

We made ten messages in compliance with your proposal.
we completed gathering messages on July 20,
but Because we couldn't find a translator,
we couldn't deliver it up to now.
