Scouts

Sometimes your scout will have nothing. This can be for one of 2 reasons:

1. The pool is close to empty
2. Dice roll (or “luck”)

To reduce the chance that the pool is close to empty, you should pull from
the Youth Pool very soon after the Economic Update. Flameron mentioned that
"Youth pools are topped up (refilled) ‘several times a day’.”
Unfortunately, no one knows when. But, because many, many managers pull at
the Economic Update, it is logical that the HT’s will ensure the Youth Pool
is full in time for it.

這邊說到，抽球員最好是在財政更新之後，儘快去抽。
也就是禮拜六的早上5點15分就趕快抽，這樣才能減低銘謝惠故的機會。

Flameron（Hattrick 團隊的協力工作成員）曾提到，球員池一天會補充數次。
but沒有人知道到底是何時。

Youth pools are regional. How many youth players there are in a specific
region depends on the number of users (users, not scouts!) in that region.
The pool is refilled on daily basis (you will not get a more exact interval
than that).

HT-Tjecken（HT的官方監察員/GM）回應關於球員池的部份。
1.球員池是地區性、依照該地區的玩家數量決定球員池大小。
2.基本上球員池會每日進行補充。（但是你不會知道正確的時間間隔）

afaik the pools doesnt refill at the economic update but at a hidden time
every day?

Does it make sense to change the search region of your YA scout? Maybe you
can tell us some more about this?

It makes sense if it's common that your scout don't find any talents. But
it's the same chance to get a good talent in all regions.

The number of available talents in a certain region is depending on the size
of the region, ie the number of users/teams in the region. A big region got
larger talent population. Therefore it might be wise not to put all your
scouts in small regions, you should at least consider to move them if they
often find nothing.
Moreover, the pool of talents is updated every day. It might therefore also
be wise to call your scout later in the week as most users tend to call their
scouts as fast as possible after the economic update.

這邊Tjecken一樣談到球員池。（大致上跟上面那則一樣）
但他說，或許你可以更聰明的在該週較晚的時間，在去抽球員，
避開大多數經理人所搶的財政更新後的熱門時段。





總結：

1. 一般來說球員池最多大魚的時間應該是在財政更新後，開放抽球員那一刻。
2. 或者你可以留到禮拜六凌晨，大家早就抽完的時候在去抽。

3. 財政更新之後沒有馬上抽，竟量別去抽了，那段時間太熱門，球員都會被抽光。
