因為長期運動傷害的關係，使得腰椎(L3~L5)解離了，醫生要我做NCV和EMG的檢查，一方
面作為是否要開刀的評估，一方面可以處理兵役的問題。
今天拿到了這份報告，但是看不大懂NCV測試中運動(motor)的部分和EMG報告的第二項，
想請問這份報告的意思以及NCV和EMG是否異常，謝謝了!!!

NCV study of bil. legs:
Motor:
1. Prolongation of F-response & distal latencies of peroneal and tibial
Ns., bil.
Sensory:
1. Normal sensory NCV study of sural N.
H-reflex: normal
EMG study:
1. No spontaneous activity at rest over all tested Ms.
2. Motor units of normal duration, amplitude with mild amount of
polyphasive wave over tested paraspinal M (L5), L't.
Conclusion: It indicates a L5 radiculopathy, L't
