Yesterday, ESPN the Magazine's Chris Broussard reported the Bobcats and
Celtics were discussing a trade that would send Glen Davis to Charlotte for
D.J. Augustin.
Rick Bonnell of The Charlotte Observer gives some insight into the players
the Bobcats are seeking.
Bonnell writes: "I know they've had plenty of discussions, including with the
Celtics (Rasheed Wallace or Glen Davis?), Bulls ( Tyrus Thomas?) and Knicks
(Jordan Hill?) in pursuit of depth at power forward. Thomas is probably the
longest shot -- the Bulls want a lot to give him up. I assume if the Bobcats
made a deal, they'd give up one or more guards, with D.J. Augustin or Ronald
"Flip" Murray the most attractive possibilities for other teams.
