[公告] 團購小問題&官網解答

已經報名跟有意參加團購的朋友請看這邊
板主群這幾天進精神時光屋討論了一下 (還有熱心的mejaˇ)
討論了幾個問題，而我們也相信其他版友可能提出相同的疑問
昨天下午我已經寫信詢問官網，回信在今晚7點寄達，下面會交叉呈現
以方便版友閱讀。

Dear Tottenhamhotspur.com:

We've got a unofficial group to support Spurs in Taiwan. Although football
is  popular all over the world, including our neighbour China, there are
only little people here enjoying it.
To gather information of Spurs is especially difficult as most of football
fans here only know about Man Utd or Chelsea, but we still try hard to reach
news and games of Spurs and enjoy it a lot.

Now we face some problem here. We all love new 07/08 kits, and the official
website seems the only way we could get one for ourselves.
But to be honest, I was wondering if we can really get kits deliver to our
country.
The following are our questions.

First, is delivery to Taiwan available? If yes, should we send you our
address in Chinese as well? And I also want to know how long it will take
to send our items to Taiwan.

Q：官網有寄到台灣嗎？

When ordering online at www.tottenhamhotspur.com, you will be able to select
'Rest Of the World' shipping, as you progress through the order screens, you
will be prompted to enter your delivery address.

A：在熱刺官網選擇海外其他地區，我們就會為你送達
   你可以在進入購物車以後鍵入你的傳送地址

Next, as I mentioned above, we're a group. Could we send one of the items we
buy to another address?

Q：我們是團購，有可能將其中單件商品寄到另外一個地址嗎？

If all items are placed on one order, you will be unable to select a different
delivery address for one item.
The postage fee will be ￡19.99.

A：如果所有商品都在同一張訂單，該張訂單的商品只能寄送到單一地址
   你們的運費將會是19.99英鎊

Still another question about delivery. We know the 125 anniversary kit will
be launched in September while home kit is already available now. If we buy
both of them, when will our items arrive? Would you send us home kits first
then 125 anniversary kits later when they are available?
If you have to send us twice to make all our orders arrived, should we have
to pay delivery fee twice, too?
I would like to emphasise that we really love the special edition kit, so
please don't let us down.

Q：125紀念球衣9月才會發售，而白主場現在已經上市了
   如果我們同時購買125紀念球衣和白主場
   是不是會先收到白主場？然後125紀念球衣等發售後再寄來？
   如果官網會分兩次寄給我們，請問我們要付兩次運費嗎？

If you order both the Home and Special Edition shirts, the Home will arrive
first and the Special Edition will follow upon it's release. You will only be
charged one Shipping fee.

A：如果同時購買125紀念球衣和白主場
   我們會先把白主場寄給你們，125紀念球衣會在出了之後寄出
   你只需要付一次的運費

Here comes the last question. Since our orders will be placed overseas, could
we get a drawback? We will be really grateful if a tax refund is possible. 

Q：海外訂單是否可以退稅？

Your order will be exempt from VAT.

A：你的訂單是免稅的

官網只在工作天回信，所以昨天只看到寄送回條，算算他們是今天早上10點回的信

不知道是幾點上班，不過感覺不錯

官網的回答跟預想中沒有差很多，只有一訂單一地址那邊會讓金版主失望

不過我是覺得很合理......

另外熱刺官網沒有要求信用卡地址和寄送地址必須相同，聽說其他的有？

推 Santos:重點還是在怎麼躲台灣這邊的關稅....
推 meja:只要他包裝的醜一點  應該就可以躲的過?
