Sunderland boss Roy Keane has confirmed that he has made a bid for Tottenham
Hotspur striker Mido.
傷德蘭老大Roy Keane證實他確實對熱刺提出引進Mido的要求。
The Egyptian striker was on the verge of a ￡6million move to Birmingham City,
until the deal fell apart after failing to agree personal terms.
埃及來的印和闐本來已經要以6M價格轉會到伯明罕，但個人合約卻談不攏。
Keane said: "Mido's a player I've been aware of for some time.
Keane說："我注意Mido很久了。"
"We have made an offer to Spurs for Mido. He is a player I would like to speak
to and to bring to this club.
"我們已經對熱刺提出條件了，我想跟Mido談談，然後把他帶來。"
"Trying to get these sort of quality players is a challenge, but all I want is
the opportunity to speak to the lad.
"要入手這般質量的球員是個挑戰，我需要一個機會跟Mido當面談談。"
"If it doesn't work out then we will move on."
"如果沒辦法的話，我會繼續努力的。"
