隊長！有你真好
Nobody has benefited more from the return to fitness of captain Ledley King
than fellow centre-back Michael Dawson.
大王隊長能狀態良好的回歸，沒人比也是中衛的Daws更開心了。
The pair have shared a formidable defensive partnership for the majority of
the last three years and now they have been reunited after Ledley’s lengthy
knee injury.
過去三年主要都是由King和Daws擔任中衛搭檔，在King膝蓋受傷後他們終於團圓。
But Michael insists the skipper’s comeback has not just had a positive
effect on him, but on the entire team.
不過Daws認為隊長的回歸不只對他有正面效果，對全隊都有激勵作用。
He said: “Having Ledley back is fantastic. It’s great for him, great for
the team, great for the fans, who isn’t it great for? The opposition I
think!
「大王回來對他、對球隊、對球迷都好，只對敵隊不好！」Daws說。
“He’s a great player, he’s the captain and it’s great to have him back on
the pitch, not just for us at the back but the whole team.
「他是個優秀的球員，有他回來不只對後衛們好，對全隊也有益處。」
“Whenever you lose your captain for a long period of time it’s hard, but
whoever has stepped into his position has done their best and done well.
「長時間失去隊長是很艱難的，不過代替他擔任這職務的人都很努力也幹得不錯。」
“Captains are usually big ranters and ravers, but that’s certainly not
Ledley. He’s calm but when he speaks he says things in the right way.
「隊長的形象有時候是會在場上大叫、大肆張揚的人，不過大王不是這樣的。」
「他很冷靜，而且在必要的時候，他才會立刻開口。」
“What he says always comes across well and you know you have to do what he
asks of you. The way he plays is the way he leads.”
「他說的話總是能發揮良好的效用，讓你知道自己只要照著他說的做就對了。」
「他怎麼踢球，他就怎麼領導我們。」
