Cerny warns of complacency
Cerny警覺不能太過自滿
Radek Cerny expects Slavia Prague to provide Tottenham with a stern test in
their Uefa Cup tie on Thursday.
Cerny認為歐協周四戰Slavia Prague會帶給現在的熱刺相當嚴厲的試驗。
Spurs will travel to the Czech capital confident of having enough quality
within their squad over the two legs to ensure their safe progression to the
last 16 of the competition, but Cerny has warned his team-mates not to
underestimate their opponents.
熱刺隊將要前往捷克，與Slavia Prague大戰兩腿之後才能有機會確保進軍歐協盃16強
的名額，而Cerny警告他的隊友們不要太小看這個對手。
Currently keeping Paul Robinson out of the Spurs side, Cerny moved to White
Hart Lane on a long-term loan from Slavia and is in a better position than
most to air his opinion on the opposition.
最近把Robbo擠出先發名單的Cerny事實上一開始是從Slavia Prague租借到白鹿巷的，
所以他比任何人都有資格發表對老東家的意見。
"It is always tricky saying who are the favourites and who are not," Cerny
told Pravo.
「要講哪一方是比較叫好叫座的是很困難的。」
"If we did not go through, it would have been a big disappointment for the
club.
「不過如果我們沒能晉級，整個球隊上下都會很失望的。」
"The only goal is to go through but I know that it will not be easy.
「要晉級非取得進球不可，雖然這並不簡單。」
"I know Slavia better that any of the Tottenham players and I know that they
played well in the autumn (group stages).
「我是全熱刺最瞭解Slavia Prague的人，他們秋天打小組賽時表現很好。」
"There have been some changes made in their squad but still if I look at our
squad and theirs, ours is of a much higher quality and it should be seen on
the pitch.
「他們的陣容也做了一些改變，不過我比較兩邊的陣容，還是覺得我們的水準較高。」
"Overall I am looking forward to it and am curious as to how the fans will
welcome me.
「總的來說我很期待這場比賽，也很好奇對方主場的球迷會怎樣待我。」
"I know a lot of people around football at Slavia and Prague is still my
home, so it is going to be a special game for me."
「我認識很多那裡的球員，而且布拉格是我的家，這場比賽對我來說很特別。」
Speculation continues to persist that Robinson is set to leave Spurs over the
summer having lost his place to Cerny, but the Czech keeper insists that the
two have retained a professional working relationship throughout the current
situation.
另外現在仍然有許多人臆測Robbo會在夏轉離開熱刺，因為先發位置已經被Cerny佔據。
不過捷克門將說，他現在跟Robbo擁有非常好的職業合作關係。
"Our relationship is still good," Cerny said.
「我們感情依然很好。」
"We are good friends, just as we were during the time when I was on the
bench.
「我們是好朋友，從我還在坐板凳時就是了。」
"I can imagine that he is taking it badly, although I don't know how he
feels.
「我可以想像他現在很難受，雖然我也不清楚他感覺如何。」
"He was England's No.1 but missed the key qualification game against Croatia.
「他是英格蘭的頭號門將，卻錯過跟克羅埃西亞的晉級關鍵戰。」
"If he had been in goal for that game then they would not have lost and would
have qualified for Euro 2008. I am sure of it.
「我很確定如果那一場是他把守球門，英格蘭應該就不會輸，還能晉級。」
"Now, the new coach Fabio Capello did not pick him for the friendly against
Switzerland which is also disappointing."
「現在新教練卡佩羅沒把他選進對瑞士的友誼賽陣容，更讓他覺得很失望。」

說到Robbo跟Cerny要二選一真的是很傷感情......
雖然很習慣Robbo了，但不得不說他搞笑的狀況真的太囧了......
而且Cerny這幾場，就算要說他強運，還真的表現很不錯
看來他也篤定這兩場都會是他先發了
