Spurs striker Robbie Keane wants to win Sunday's Carling Cup final for
troubled former player Paul Gascoigne.
熱刺前鋒Robbie Keane希望週日在卡林盃贏球鼓舞身體欠安的傳奇球星Paul Gascoigne。
The striker is just one of the footballing fraternity to come out in support
of Gazza, who is currently being treated in a mental unit after being
sectioned this week.
Keano跟其他同行都在支持著本週正接受心理治療的Gazza。
Gazza played for Spurs from 1988 to 1991 and Keane hopes the club can beat
Chelsea at Wembley on Sunday and land the Carling Cup - their first trophy
for nine years.

Keane said in The Sun: "Every player has respect for Paul for what he has
done in football.

Sunderland boss Roy Keane is another whose thoughts are with Gascoigne and
hopes that he does not emulate another troubled footballing genius, George
Best.

The Black Cats boss said: "George Best ended up dying because of his
problems. I hope Gazza doesn't go down that road.

Gascoigne started his career at Newcastle and Magpies manager Kevin Keegan
has pledged that the club will help the troubled star and his family.
