Juande Ramos is calling on Tottenham Hotspur winger Aaron Lennon to improve
his quality of crosses.
Ramos疾呼Lennon要表現他傳中的質量出來。
Lennon was substituted 20 minutes from time during last week's 2-0 win over
Portsmouth following a series of disappointing balls into the box.
Lennon上場對港嘴在比賽結束前20分中就被換下，因為他禁區內好多個play令人失望。
Reports have claimed that Lennon is among several English players looking to
convince Ramos he has a future at White Hart Lane.
據傳Lennon和幾個英格蘭球員都試圖說服Ramos他們在巷子有未來。
The Spurs boss is determined to help the former Leeds United youngster fulfil
his potential and expects him to spend extra time on the training ground.
而Ramos也堅持要把這位年輕人的潛力化為實力，更希望他花在訓練的時間加長。
"Of course Lennon practises crossing," said Ramos in The Sun. "But we will
put on an extra session for him to improve his crossing.
「當然Lennon有練習傳中，不過我們會給他加課、讓他進步。」
"Everyone has to polish things and improve things to make them better. Lennon
has to improve in that area.
「任何人都一樣要經過琢磨才會成長，這是Lennon要進步的領域。」
"Sometimes you have a player whose performance is way below what it should
be, but you have to stick with them and make it better.
「有時後球員的表現會比預期的差，你要盯著他們讓他們進步。」
"Lennon has some very good attributes such as his pace which are very hard to
find in players. He must use that to his advantage.
「Lennon有很多好的特質，像是其他人身上很難找到的腳步，他應該好好運用。」
"Players have good and bad times throughout the season. They are not machines
who play at the top level all the time.

"If they are not at their best then we have to work on improving them."

有時候看久了真的會覺得Lennon只有那幾步
也可能是Jol之前放牛吃草、直接推上火線的訓練方式造成
我一直覺得他可以再延伸其他種進攻方式
增強在邊路破壞的能力
