Adam Smith could hardly find the words to describe his feelings following
coming off the bench to play a key role in our 3-0 win over Borussia Dortmund
on Sunday.
亞當斯密幾乎找不到一個詞彙來形容參與3-0對多特蒙得的勝利，是什麼感覺。
The 17-year-old right-back supplied a perfect cross for Jamie O'Hara to tap
home to seal success at the Feyenoord Jubileum Tournament.
這位17歲的右後衛給O'Hara傳了個完美的球讓他能得分，確保熱刺的勝利。
Adam has come all the way through the Club's Academy system to be rewarded
with a place in Juande Ramos' pre-season squad, and for him it is like a
dream come true.
亞當斯密依靠完整的熱刺青訓體系經歷，在季前賽的時候得到了Ramos的垂青給他上場的
機會，這對他來說好比美夢成真。
He said: "Coming on and setting up a goal, I was absolutely buzzing. At first
I was going to shoot, but then I saw Jamie screaming and thought I'd just
slide it in, and luckily he scored.
他說：「上場還助攻一個進球！這絕對太酷了。」
「我原本是打算自己射門，但我看到O'Hara對我大喊，我想我可以把球給他，而幸運的，
他果然把球打進了。」
"The gaffer just told me to go on and play my normal game, keep it simple. So
I went on, did just that and tried to relax.
「教練告訴我，上場、然後照你平常的樣子踢就好了，不要搞得太複雜。」
「所以我就照他的話做，試著放鬆點。」
"You make your first touch, the nerves start to go, and after a while you
find that you're playing your normal game.
「一旦第一次在場上觸球，就覺得神經開始運轉了，然後接著就會發現自己照著平常的
樣子在踢球。」
"It's such a buzz for me to get a reception like that off the fans. I've been
at this Club for 10 years now, and to finally be involved with the first team
is unbelievable.
「受到球迷的歡迎是更棒的體驗，我在熱刺已經有10年了，第一次這樣感覺自己在一隊
的陣容。」
"I'm still in a little bit of shock that I was out with the first team,
training with these quality players. It's great for me.
「我對我跟一隊一起訓練還是有點驚訝，跟這些水平很高的球員欸，對我來說很棒。」
"I'm feeling like a better player for the experience and it will only help me
in my career as I try to kick on."
「經過這個經驗我覺得自己好像會變成更好的球員，這對我在持續我的事業會有幫助。」
