David Bentley believes Sunday's clash at Chelsea can kick-start our season.
Bentley相信週日跟切爾西的比賽可以讓我們的球季真的開始。
We've suffered 2-1 defeats in our opening games of the Barclays Premier
League campaign against Middlesbrough and Sunderland.
我們在英超開幕之後接連2-1輸給米堡和黑貓。
Chelsea, meanwhile, are up and running with two wins out of two, the second a
typically ground-out 1-0 victory at Wigan last weekend.
切爾西呢，則在兩場比賽中取得全勝戰績。

The Blues boast a formidable record at Stamford Bridge but David insists this
type of test could bring the best out of us.

"It's great to test yourself against a side like Chelsea and I'm thoroughly
looking forward to it," he said, ahead of his first derby clash in a Spurs
shirt. "If we go there and put in a solid performance, play good football and
get a positive result it could kick-start our season.
「對戰像切爾西這樣的隊伍是試試自己斤兩的好機會，我很期待。」
面對他穿上熱刺球衣後的第一個倫敦德比，Bentley如此表示。
「如果我們在那裡表現的好，踢一場好球，而且能有正面的比賽結果，表示我們真的努
力去開始這個新賽季了。」
"Chelsea look good, they look solid. They have a way of playing, a direct
style and they are strong but every team can be beaten. Look at us for
example - I wouldn't have thought we'd lose our first two games.
「切爾西看上去很好，好像堅不可摧。他們有他們的玩法，風格直接，也很強，但是，
沒有球隊是不能被打敗的——就以我們為例好了，我怎樣也沒想到前面兩場比賽我們
會輸球。」
"We're more than capable of beating them, it's just about performing on the
day."

David was involved in just about everything as we tried to get the better of
Sunderland last Saturday. He was denied twice by Craig Gordon and set-up
chances for Gareth Bale, twice and Darren Bent, but it wasn't to be.

"It just didn't happen for us - that's football," he stated. "You can't win
every game. You just hope this is our bad run and we'll come through it.

"There is nothing to be too disheartened about - it's been a tough start but
it will be alright."

雖然我對他的自信覺得有一點小懷疑
但希望球隊的狀況真的要有改善
如果不能在這場稍微止跌回升 只怕被會打得更低落...........
