我後來仔細想想 覺得reached its natural boundary
應該是(澳洲最北的)自然邊界的意思
而intergrated into the local environment 就是 be established in Australia
(融入當地環境) (在澳洲安頓下來XD)
因為後面不斷提到 很多屎蟲品種與溫度生存環境的連結
(而北邊邊境一定是溫度比較高的地方,而前面有提到從歐非亞引進不同金龜,
以適應澳洲的各種氣候區climatic zones)
所以在這26種已經融入當地環境的屎蟲當中,只有一種是在澳洲的最北的邊境放生的
這是我目前覺得讓我感到安心的想法了
