Can I ask a question?

Does anyone know a book about listening vacabulary?

Because I always got bad grades in listening, particulary

I can not write some words when I hear them.

If I want to read about listening vocabulary, which book do I buy?

Or best way to me is where I can get information free.

In Australia everything is really expensive>V<
