Compared with the average price of housing in 1989,

Tokyo had a decrease of 7％ from 1990 to 1995.

However, the average price of housing had a increase of 2％

from 1996 to 2002.

Therefore, the average price of housing only had a decrease

of 5％.

→ narwhale:囧，我的of 2%被吃掉了
→ mydreamcome:抱歉我沒有圖表,是按你的敘述翻譯的,但是你的寫法...

推 narwhale:圖表中沒有用到stage的說法，但是1996-1995是一條向下的
→ narwhale:bar，水平線是1989年的平均房價，可以看出減少了7%
→ narwhale:然後1996-2002是另一條水平線下的bar，降低5%
→ narwhale:上三句的是1990-1995，筆誤。
→ narwhale:總之1990-1995，以及1996-2002兩段時期的平均房價都是和
→ narwhale:1989年比較。
→ narwhale:所以我原先很困惑要怎麼表達這上升的2%
推 narwhale:後來想想這由-7%到-5%增加的2%，應該要強調是兩個bar(兩
→ narwhale:段時間的平均值的差距)不然會誤以為是和1989年比較
→ narwhale:抱歉一開始沒表達清楚
